  1. NEVER hammer down on garlic with a Nakisi knife. Destruction of knife may easily result. The blade is extremely thin and designed only for slicing and dicing.

  2. I’ve never owned a Cutco knife before, but I’m scared to spend so much. I’ve never spent that much in a knife before. Are they worth it?

  3. I use my cheese knife with the rubber handle, it’s a great grip for frozen chicken (especially if your hands have arthritic tendencies). I love them all. There’s a knife for every job. 🔪👍🙂

  4. Would you use the vegetable knife or the butcher knife for hard vegetables like butternut and spaghetti squash? Im having a hard time deciding between the two. Im only going to get one, so which one is best for that purpose? Thanks!
